Concord: Local Volumetric Fog
Backstory: We controlled the atmospheric fog in plays pace in Concord mainly by using Volumetric Fog Blueprints hand-placed and tuned by lighting artists. Since the local volumes were volumetric, they reacted and shaded to the lighting on the map.
The fog BP uses simple pre-generated 3D textures specifically for shaping the fog. Most common textures were 3D perlin and worley noise textures.
